1. Introduction

Welcome to Jamie Howard Photography. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. 

2. Services

We offer a range of photography services including but not limited to portraits, events, and commercial photography. Detailed descriptions of services, including pricing, are available on our website or by contacting us directly. 

3. Booking and Payment

*Booking: To secure a date for our services, a deposit of 50% may be required upon booking. The remaining balance is due before the scheduled session. 

*Payment Methods: We accept payments via Venmo, PayPal, or Cash.

*Cancellations: Cancellations before the scheduled date that do not reschedual will forfeit the deposit. 

4. Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours in advance. We will accommodate rescheduling requests subject to availability. 

5. Client Responsibilities

*Preparation: Clients must provide any necessary information or materials required for the shoot prior to the session. 

* Location Access: If the shoot takes place on a private property or a location other than our studio, or public park, clients must ensure access and permissions are arranged. 

6. Images Use and Rights

*Ownership: We retain copyright of all images taken. Clients receive a license to use the images for personal purposes only.

* Commercial Use: Any commercial use of images requires written consent and may incur additional fees. 

*Publication: We reserve the right to use images for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

7. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services provided. 

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy and will handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website. 

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and are effective immediately. 

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Alabama. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Alabama.
